Subject to confirmation on/before April 1st 2026. Note you will need to purchase a membership plan once the sessions are confirmed in order to have a place on the course. Joining Fee £25.00 (includes a FREE kit for player) Pay Direct-Debit £27.50 per month thereafter **Academy:** Join our weekly group sessions at OvertimeFitnessLab, designed for secondary school players in Years 7–11 of all ability levels. These high-intensity, inclusive sessions focus on taking players from “good” to “game-ready” by sharpening technical quality, improving speed of play, and building stronger decision-making under pressure. We’ll develop advanced ball mastery (first touch under pressure, turning, shielding, and tight-space dribbling), crisp passing and receiving (one- and two-touch combinations, movement off the ball, and playing through lines), and more consistent finishing (striking technique, composure, and finishing from different angles). Sessions also introduce key tactical principles—pressing, transitions, positioning, and creating overloads—using realistic drills and small-sided games to replicate match situations. Level up your player’s confidence, football IQ, and performance with structured coaching that challenges them every week.
