Player Development Plan

Service Description

Our Player Development Programme is designed to support players improving every aspect of their game technically, physically, and mentally. Our sessions place a strong focus on mindset, confidence, and belief, helping each player grow both on and off the pitch. To ensure the player gets the most from the programme, we work closely with both players and parents. This includes weekly catch-ups to review how the player is developing, as well as updates on any recent football activity whether that’s a match, team training, or school sessions. These check-ins will take place online, either through a Zoom call or a standard phone call. In addition, every two weeks after we will have a catch up with both parent and player or just the player. This allows us to show and discuss their progress, speak about what we are working on, and ensure we are staying fully aligned with their 4-week development plan. We want to build a first hand support network for the player to be able to be as open as they feel comfortable in situations of winning or loosing a game to share their thoughts and feeling. Adding to this which is very crucial with player development is challenging moments or injuries which can occur, as I have experienced loads of injuries and want to show my full support to helping you get back to fitness and doing what you do best being on the pitch. We don’t want you to feel like you’re alone in this or the burden on just the parent or family to deal with. We are here all the way with you through good times and challenging times.
